After an initial conversation and discovery day with us, you will sign a contract and benefit from our knowledge and experience in setting up a business. We will help you create your business plan and give you access to our in-house marketing team to get you off the ground. Once your business is set up, you will also receive training on the equipment we use.
Our application process follows a core framework. You will start with an initial consultation where you will learn everything you need to know about us and the opportunity. You will then join a discovery day where you will visit us at our head office and get more in-depth knowledge of our business model; after your discovery day, you will pay the deposit.
We provide comprehensive training and support throughout the journey of becoming a Franchise Partner and beyond, so you don’t need prior knowledge or experience in the property care sector.
For the first three months of running your Prokil branch, you will have access to our in-house marketing department. This team will support you with PPC and SEO campaigns, as well as direct emailing, social media campaigns and leaflet distribution.
There isn’t a set timeline to get a franchise up and running and profitable. However, most of our partners manage to secure six-figure turnovers in their first year.

Yes, at our discovery day, you will be able to speak to our current Franchise Partners to learn what it’s like to run a Prokil franchise and get answers to any questions you have.
We will charge a Management Service Fee (MSF) of 7% of your gross turnover. This will cover the cost of supporting you and further developing the network. A proportion of this fee is also a royalty fee to use our brand.
You can hold a Prokil Franchise agreement for as long as you are happy trading under the Prokil name. We will discuss this with you in your first consultation and on your discovery day.
Many banks are willing to support our franchise partners with 50-70% funding, so you will only need a personal contribution of £30,000.
