In-Depth Business and Industry Training
Before your franchise opens for business, we’ll provide you with all the training you need to become an expert in the field.
During the three months of personalised training we provide, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the property care sector, effective business management, and the best ways to start growing your franchise.
The first month will be a combination of Head Office-based work and on-the-job training sessions. They’ll be run by our expert surveyors, who have considerable experience within the industry. After approximately eight weeks, you’ll begin working in your chosen area alongside the support of Prokil Head Office staff.
Even if your initial experience in the property care sector is limited, your training will ensure you’re left with total confidence in your ability to kickstart your business and start making profit.
Ongoing Support
Once you’ve completed your training, we’ll continue to support and consult with you regularly. We’ll suggest areas for improvement, guide you through any challenges you’re facing, and bring you up to speed with all the latest developments in the industry.
We can support you through a range of mediums, including:
- On-site visits
- Telephone calls direct to you
- Updates shared with you via the CRM central IT system
Nationally Recognised Qualification
As part of the Prokil franchise package, we include the examination fees for becoming a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT).
The CSRT is a nationally recognised qualification awarded by the Property Care Association (PCA) for surveyors in the remedial property industry. It’s made up of four modules:
- Legal and health and safety aspects of remedial treatment
- The identification and remedial treatment of infested timber
- The identification and remedial treatment of dampness
You’ll receive the qualification after you complete a training course and pass an examination. It will give you the expertise you need to be a specialist damp and timber surveyor, and give you access to other courses that will help you grow your knowledge further.
